I decided to read the book Fahrenheit 451 mainly because my friend was reading it and I thought that it was better than reading no independent reading book. If your confused why the author Ray Bradbury made the book title fahrenheit 451, it is because paper burns at that temperature. As usual I pick another book that is completely weird...I dont get this book either....WHY ME!!!!! Yeah, so its about a dude whos name is Guy Montage and he is a fireman. Normally fireman are supposed to put out fires but in this deminsion, a fireman's job is to start fires....ugh....I don't get it. I read like over a 100 pages of the book and all, but all the stuff they write is of one moment which is expanded to like a page..it's really boring. Like all the other books I read the book wasn't going anywhere--probably just in the beginning. Luckily the book might get interesting...and when it does I will write something of more meaning. One that has happened so far is that Guy has made friends with this seventeen year old girl who's name is Clarisse. She's young for her age but acts older than it and sometimes immature. Somehow, when I read the book its sounds as if it takes place in the future...seriously I don't know but it sounds like it.

Hey, I heard that Fahrenheit 451 was an awesome book from one of my friends, and was considering reading it next. However now i might have to reconsider. I can understand your confusion. If the author does not really come flat out and tell you where the story is taking place then it can really get a frustrating, however at the same time, those are the moments in which the book makes you think, and isnt that what books are supposed to do?
